Deliveries during Covid-19 Period

Due to the current covid-19 situation, normal, courier and international deliveries are affected. Please do note that deliveries will be delayed. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Aquajellie will take 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and PH), after your payment has been verified, to process your order and despatch your parcel. However, please note that for new launches, processing time can take an additional working day. We thank you for your kind understanding in this too.

Standard Delivery Information:

1. Normal Singpost delivery is free for all orders.

  • 4-6 business days during non-peak from day of dispatch. Up to 2 weeks for festive/peak season

  • This service is non-trackable with no tracking number provided. As such we have no certain way to knowing whether a package has been delivered or lost and will not be liable for any lost or slow mail.

  • We will also not be liable for lost or slow mail as a result of incomplete or incorrect addresses provided

2. Smartpac delivery:

  • Additional SGD2.50

  • 4-6 business days during non-peak from day of dispatch. Up to 2 weeks for festive/peak season.

  • Tracking number provided

3. Qxpress courier delivery:

  • Additional SGD4.00 (use code FREE4 to enjoy FREE Qxpress delivery for orders $60 and above)

  • 1-3 business days during non-peak from day of dispatch. Up to 3 days for festive/peak season

  • Tracking number provided

4. iXpress/Grab courier delivery:

  • Additional SGD12.00 (use code FREE12 to enjoy FREE iXpress/Grab delivery for orders $120 and above)

  • 1 business day from day of dispatch
